Meet Our Broker

Bobby Babai was raised and educated in Los Angeles.  Earning an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a Masters in Business (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business with a concentration in Negotiations, Bobby has experienced and studied the cycles of commercial and residential in Southern California throughout the years and has an in depth knowledge and understanding of all types of real estate.  Starting his professional career in commercial real estate office and retail leasing and lease negotiation with prominent companies such as Westfield® Malls, Bobby has been trained to handle and negotiate the most complex of transactions.  Bobby loves the art of deal making and practices with the utmost degree of integrity and professionalism.

Lease Negotiator is a commercial real estate firm who specializes in lease negotiations, leasing services, and real estate negotiations. We have successfully negotiated numerous transactions during our career involving retail, office space, medical and dental use, and other types of commercial space. Our firm brings you the best of both real estate and business worlds: Our Broker and chief negotiator, Bobby Babai, is a licensed real estate Broker licensed in the State of California and has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Negotiations. With several years of work experience and training with the top corporate landlords and national tenants in the industry, we have the extensive work experience and knowledge to negotiate a lease that is best suited for you, whether you are a landlord, a prospective tenant, or an existing tenant.

What Makes Us Unique

Since we have represented both landlords and tenants in a number of transactions, we are experienced in both sides of the negotiation table and are able to understand each side’s prospective, position, needs, and wants in the deal at hand. Therefore, we can position ourselves strategically as we anticipate one side’s offer while advocating for the other side’s desired outcome. Yet we avoid the adversarial or confrontational negotiation approach; rather our understanding of both the needs of landlord and tenant has led us to appreciate how each side needs the other to satisfy both parties’ goals while keeping our client’s best interest in mind. We work toward preserving the landlord-tenant relationship and thus strike to negotiate a win-win deal for all those involved, in a timely manner. What makes us further unique is that our negotiators are educated and experienced in both real estate and business transactions. The combination of our experience representing both landlords and tenants with our in-depth knowledge of real estate and business is the reason behind our proven track record of success.
